I am a Broker Associate with Praxis Realty, Inc. and owner of Sean Bradford Construction, a general contracting company. I grew up in Santa Rosa and graduated from Montgomery High School in 2006. I attended Santa Barbara City College and graduated with an Associate Degree in Business Administration. I began working for a local construction company when I returned to Santa Rosa in 2009. Simultaneously, I graduated from the SRJC Fire Academy and received an Associate Degree in Fire Science. I obtained my Real Estate salesperson license in 2011 and joined Praxis Realty, Inc. My focus with Praxis Realty, Inc. has been with investor clients in all aspects of property evaluation and acquisition. I obtained my Real Estate Brokers' license in 2015 and started Sean Bradford Construction in 2016.

I am honest, dedicated, hard working, knowledgeable and professional. I love what I do and I love Sonoma County.
